"Exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude and your mood."
Individualised exercise programmes
NHS guidelines recommend 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week for adults aged 19-64. How does this fit with your lifestyle? Knowing what type and level of exercise that is safe and effective for you can be very daunting. We all have different levels of ability, strengths and weaknesses.
As a health and wellbeing coach, I will always offer advice and guidance on exercise as part of my packages, however, I can also offer a safe and effective individualised exercise programme to suit your needs within your current lifestyle.
After an initial brief health screening, you will receive a step by step guide that you can use in your home with very little equipment.
For over 13 years I have worked as a fully qualified, registered and insured exercise professional, working with people that have chronic conditions such as Coronary Heart Disease, Diabetes, Stroke, Fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s and much more. I practice under the guidelines of the British Association for Cardiac Prevention & Rehabilitation.

Individualised eating programmes
Over time, what you eat will have a direct impact on how you feel. A well-balanced diet will give you more energy, will make you feel healthier and will help prevent illness.
However, it is easy to get out of the habit of healthy eating and make the wrong choices towards fat and sugar. This can often lead to a being overweight and feeling the need to diet. However most diets are not sustainable and people fall into yo-yo dieting when they cycle between being overweight, restricting their food intake to lose weight and starting again. There has to be a better way.
With my strong background in nutrition and my skills as a hypnotherapist, I can help you make choices to eat healthily with an “anything in moderation” approach. Stop punishing yourself about what you eat, enjoy food again and become comfortable with your weight and the decisions you make towards your food intake.
Lifelong benefits of good nutrition
- Helps maintain a healthy weight.
- Increased energy levels
- Can help delay the ageing process.
- Healthy teeth and bones even later years
- Increased blood flow to your brain helping to prevent Alzheimer’s disease.

Individualised mindful programmes
Our well-being can fall foul of stress, worry, and anxiety. Learning to control these obstacles and barriers will lead to a much happier and healthy lifestyle.
We can’t always control situations but we can control how we choose to view them. Taking control of our thoughts and the way we think can have a huge positive effect on our lives. Our minds are the strongest part of our whole being.
I use hypnotherapy to help you change your subconscious limiting beliefs, fears and phobias. It is like reprogramming a computer and getting it work how you want it to. Hypnotherapy is particularly useful to manage stress as well as weight management – helping you to naturally make better choices.
